🌐 Where are your servers located? ​

Our servers are provided in two main locations: Germany, Frankfurt-am-Main and Finland, Helsinki.

🛡️ Do you offer any DDoS protection? ​

In Germany, we provide basic Layer 3 and Layer 4 DDoS protection for all services. We are actively working on expanding our protection capabilities to include Layer 7 protection in the near future.

In Finland, DDoS protection is currently not available for any of our VPS plans.

💵 What payment methods are available? ​

We accept payments from almost all types of debit and credit cards, including those issued in Europe, Asia and North America.

Payments are also accepted through many popular cryptocurrencies such as USDT, TON, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero (and many others).

🕒 How long does server setup take? ​

Virtual servers are set up within 120 seconds after payment.

For game servers, processing often takes just 15 minutes after payment. Please note that timelines can always extend up to 48 hours due to the lack of available slots and/or IP addresses.

If your order is being processed for more than 48 hours, you will be given the opportunity to request a full refund for the service or receive compensation in the form of additional days of server operation.

💻 How do I access the game panel? ​

The game panel is available at panel.senko.digital.

Login requires:

  • The email address used for your personal account registration
  • Your game panel password (either set during initial server order or your existing game panel password)

📊 Can I change my plan after purchase? ​

Yes, you can always upgrade your server plan to a more powerful one within the same line of plans. Plan changes are applied within a couple of minutes and do not require server reinstallation.

We support a wide range of operating systems including:

Linux distributions:

  • Debian (11 Bullseye, 12 Bookworm, 13 Trixie)
  • Ubuntu (20.04 Focal, 22.04 Jammy, 24.04 Noble)
  • AlmaLinux (8, 9)
  • CentOS (8 Stream, 9 Stream)
  • Oracle Linux (8, 9)

Other operating systems:

  • Windows (10, 11, Server 2016/2019/2019 Datacenter/2022/2025)
  • FreeBSD (13, 14)

We also support custom ISO uploads up to 10 GB in size.

⚡ Is IPv6 supported? ​

Yes, all our VPS plans come with both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses by default. Additional IPv4 addresses can be purchased if needed.

We offer a VM control panel that allows you to:

  • Manage power states (start/stop/restart)
  • Access console
  • Monitor resource usage
  • Manage DNS records
  • Configure reverse DNS
  • Install/reinstall OS
  • Manage backups
